TABLE MOUNTAIN! Table mountain is a huge flat top mountain that juts straight up from the coast. At the top you can hike around the whole thing and see the city and coast from every side. Truly incredible. I loved hiking around this place. We saw the clouds roll by below us once we got to the top. You can hike to the top but we took this cable car. The cable car rotates as it ascends so it makes viewing equal for all people in the cable car it was pretty fun and a lil scary. There are a few trails you can hike on to get to the top. I hiked up part of it the next day when I wasn't with work people.

I kind of made a fuss about this guy standing on this rock that hangs over thousandsssss of feet. People literally stared at me like I was the stupid one. Then I thought --you know you're American when there aren't huge safety barriers--.
He is still an idiot though.

your pictures are incredible. my butt got all tingly just looking at those cables jetting down. SO SCARY! I can't believe that guy either. NUTSO. sure wish you'd throw a few more instagrams up.
I'm living vicariously through you. And I think that dude is nuts. I don't mind heights, but when I get close to the edge, I'm sure I'm going to fall.
