Rebecca and I gave each other a cooking class at Sur la table for our birthdays last year. Cute huh.
Over a year later we finally made arrangements to take a class together. We took Tuscan Harvest. I wasn't very good at taking pictures because my hands were messy and I was chatty. I had no idea what to expect from a cooking class except this.
We made Duck breast with balsamic vinegar and honey glaze, radicchio with pears, and pumpkin risotto. This was so fun to do with a girlfirend. My favorite part was when they paired rebecca and I together and Rebecca fist pumped with an audbile "yesssss!".
I need to cook with fresh herbs ore often.
Here is Rebecca looking cold.
Flour-less Capri Chocolate cake
She's ready, guys.
Thanks, Reb! Such a fun night!
