After boating in 100 degree heat in brigham city saturday we stopped at a farmers market and I bought peaches, squash and berries. The zucchini and yellow squash are from my garden. bananas... don't be dumb.
twiners came over for sunday dinner. They made a really good greek salad using some ingredients from our csa and I made pizza.... a mozzerella--fresh tomato sauce--zucchini--basil pizza. (mom's crust recipe is good and easy!) nanah nanah!
Dessert was a chocolate zucchini cake. no frosting. (which i altered.. less oil/sugar for 1C applesauce and it turned out great) with fresh berries and lil froyo on top.
